TECHNOLOGIES USED

HOW TO INSTALL

Follow these steps to install LinkPress.

1. Upload the content of the downloaded folder to your website root.

2. Browse To yourwebsite.com/install

Follow the installer and click the ‘Next Step’ button.

4. Enter Your Database Information

Enter your database information and click on the ‘Save .env’ button. A message will appear saying that the file has saved. After that click next.

5. Set Permissions

Make sure you have the required permissions to folders displayed.If everything is fine, click ‘Next Step’.

6. Fill Your Admin Details

Fill your admin details in the form, so that you can later customize your website through the admin panel.

HOW TO UPGRADE

Make a backup of all your files and the database before the upgrade. Follow these steps to upgrade LinkPress.

1. Upload the content of the downloaded folder to your website root.

Delete all the previous files and then upload the content of the downloaded folder to your website root

2. Browse To yourwebsite.com/install

Follow the installer and click the ‘Next Step’ button.

4. Enter Your Database Information

Enter your database information and click on the ‘Save .env’ button. A message will appear saying that the file has saved. After that click next.

5. Set Permissions

Make sure you have the required permissions to folders displayed.If everything is fine, click ‘Next Step’.

6. Return back to yourwebsite.com

Don’t follow the steps after that and return back to yourwebsite.com.

HOW TO ACCESS THE ADMIN PANEL

Follow these steps to access the admin panel.

1. Browse To yourwebsite.com/login

2. Login with your admin details.

3. Now you can access the admin panel at yourwebsite.com/admin.
